Kamz specializes in imported Pakistani clothing, bridal wear, luxury formals, casual wear, khusas, and accessories. We strive to display product colors, embroidery, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, fabric dye batches, and handcrafted work.
Order Processing
All orders are processed according to the timeline mentioned on the product page or communicated by our team. During festive seasons, launches, preorder periods, and high-demand collections, processing and delivery timelines may extend beyond the usual timeframe.
Orders placed through installment and payment gateway methods such as Koko and Mintpay may require additional verification and processing time compared to standard payment methods.
Delivery & Shipping
Kamz dispatches orders through third-party courier services within Sri Lanka and internationally. Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, and regional service availability.
Once an order has been dispatched, Kamz is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.
Bridal & Customized Orders
Bridal wear, stitched outfits, customized items, and preorder collections are prepared specifically for customers and therefore cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once processing has begun.
Customers are responsible for reviewing measurements, size charts, and product details carefully before confirming their orders.
Exchanges & Refunds
Exchanges are only accepted for eligible items under Kamz exchange conditions. Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Bridal wear
- Customized or stitched items
- Sale/discounted products
- International orders
- Change of mind purchases
Intellectual Property
All content including product images, branding, logos, designs, graphics, and website content displayed under Kamz, and related brands remain the intellectual property of Kamz and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Customer Conduct
Kamz reserves the right to refuse service, cancel suspicious orders, or restrict access in cases involving fraudulent activity, abuse, harassment, or misuse of our services and staff.

Customers agree not to engage in disputes, arguments, harassment, threats, or defamatory conduct regarding estimated delivery periods that have already been disclosed prior to purchase.
