Refund policy

EXCHANGE:

Any product bought from KAMZ’S online store can be exchanged from the Online Store ONLY, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state (We do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order, or the product is faulty). This policy is applicable to local and international orders.

i - For products on Sale we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order.

Exchange Policy is only liable within 7 working days after the goods are delivered. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service center within 7 days of receiving their order, providing their online order ID and a valid reason for the return. The courier charges will be paid by the customer.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:

KAMZ does not offer an exchange/refund policy once the order is processed. However, you are eligible for an exchange if we have delivered a wrong item to you or the one you received is faulty or damaged. In that scenario you can contact our customer services center by emailing us at “customercare.kamzpakistani@gmail.com” or "kamzpakistani@gmail.com” or can call us at +94755879053 along with your order number for our customer care representative to schedule the right one for you.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing order. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or WhatsApp that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. KAMZ has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  1. Cancellation Within 24 Hours:
    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  2. Cancellation After 24 Hours:
    • If the order is canceled after 24 hours , partial half payment will be charged.
    •  If the order has been dispatched, no refund will be made for any payments made, including partial payments.

REFUSAL OF ORDER UPON DELIVERY:

  • If a customer refuses to accept the delivery of an order that has been dispatched, the following will apply:
    • No Refund: For orders partially paid to confirm, no refund will be provided.
    • Cancellation Fee: For orders canceled upon delivery, 50% of the item value will be charged to the customer.

EXTRA CUSTOM CHARGES POLICY  

At Kamz Pakistani Boutique, any additional custom duties or charges applied by the destination country’s customs authorities are beyond our control and must be borne by the customer.

DISPATCH POLICY 

Once your order is dispatched with tracking details, it is the customer's responsibility to track and collect the parcel. Any delays caused by couriers or customs are beyond our control and are non-refundable. If you fail to respond to courier calls or collect the parcel, leading to a return, it is not our responsibility. Re-shipping charges will apply. Please refrain from making unnecessary inquiries after dispatch regarding delivery timelines, as it is your duty to monitor the tracking details.

 

POLICY CLARIFICATION:

  • Once an order is dispatched, it is non-refundable regardless of refusal or cancellation.
  • Customers are responsible for accepting the order and fulfilling any outstanding payments.
