Shipping policy

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME

  • Retail (RTW, Unstitched, Bridal Wears):
    • Within Sri Lanka: 7-15 working days(after order confirmation)
    • Within Pakistan: 4-10 working days(after order confirmation)
    • International: 10-21 working days (after order confirmation)
  • Couture:
    • 10 to 15 weeks (after order confirmation)

TRANSACTION FEE

Mint Pay / Koko Pay orders will be charged 6% extra while delivery 

Card Payments will be charged 3% extra while delivery.

ADDRESS MODIFICATIONS

Once an order is placed (including COD and online paid orders), address modifications are not permissible.

COURIERS

  • Sri Lanka: Fardar Express, Pronto, Prompt , City Pak
  • Pakistan: Call Courier, Leopards, TCS, PostEx
  • International: DHL, or FedEx

We use various courier services optimized for specific locations. Orders are allocated to couriers based on their location-specific expertise to ensure optimal delivery.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENTS

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday may take up to 2 working days for confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak periods or verification delays, order processing may experience temporary delays.
  • Online Payments:
    Orders are subject to a fraud status check before proceeding. Orders flagged as "failed" are automatically canceled.
  • Bank Transfers or Deposits:
    Payments must be collected at the shipping address for orders partially paid to confirm.

After shipment, a tracking email will be sent. Please check your junk/spam/promotions folder if you don’t receive it.

SHIPPING AND CUSTOM DUTIES

  • International Shipping:
    Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of the order. Volumetric weight charges may apply. Custom duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
  • Cash on Delivery:
    COD is not available Outside Colombo & Pakistan.

POLICY ON CUSTOMS-RELATED DELAYS:

  • Orders delayed due to custom clearance issues or similar processes cannot be canceled or refused by the customer.
  • Once an order is shipped, it is non-refundable and cannot be canceled, even in cases of delays beyond the estimated timeframe.
  • The parcel will be delivered to the customer as soon as it clears customs.

NOTE FOR SRI LANKA CUSTOMERS:

For shipments to Sri Lanka, delivery times may vary due to custom clearance delays. If your parcel is delayed due to customs, it will still be delivered to you. Kamz Pakistani Boutique is not responsible for such delays, and we appreciate your patience in this matter.

SALE ORDERS POLICY

Orders placed during sales may take 7-25 working days depending production and availability. 

Koko and Mintpay payment methods are processed later than our usual timeline. Therefore, please check with our team before placing your order.

Standard Delivery will be closed by 10th May

Express Delivery will be closed by 15th May
